The MSO4000 series builds on Rigol’s popular DSO4000 series with the addition of 16 digital channels to provide a sophisticated yet affordable mixed signal oscilloscope solution.
The series includes 100, 200, 350, 500 MHz bandwidth models with 4 GSa/s sample rate in analog channels and 1 GS/s sample rate in digital channels (MSO). Memory depth is 140 Mpts in analog channels and 28 Mpts in digital channels (MSO). Units are available in 2 or 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels. The series offers 110,000 wfms/s capture rate and a 200,000 frames real-time waveform record and analyser.
