Shipping, Costs, and Delivery Policy

All merchandise prices are listed exclusive of VAT. VAT at 19% is added to the product total and shipping cost at the final checkout stage.

Clear Shipping Policy:

Standard Delivery Fee: €5.99 for orders with a net value less than €35.

Free Shipping Offer: Orders with a net value of €35 or more qualify for free standard delivery.

Order Processing: Completed within 1 to 3 business days.

Post-Dispatch Delivery: Items are delivered within an estimated 3-5 business days after leaving our warehouse.

The statutory VAT is applied to the €5.99 shipping fee. However, the specific rate mirrors the VAT rate of the goods in your order. Consequently, ordering products with a reduced VAT rate can lower the final shipping cost. This calculation is completed during checkout, and the shipping fee will never be higher than €5.99.
